What is “Caleb Leadership Training?”

Six weeks of leadership training geared to “raise up generations of Calebs,” men and women who are wholeheartedly devoted to the Lord all the days of their lives (See Numbers 14:24 and Joshua 14:6-14), whose hearts will be forever turned toward Israel knowing her Messiah, toward the nations of the world awakening to this World Redeemer, toward Jew and Gentile uniting together in Jesus/Yeshua as we prepare for the return of our King.

Caleb was not only still conquering his territory in his advanced years, but he was helping to raise up warrior sons and daughters for the next generations.

For whom is this training intended?

Those called to leadership, both young and older. Some may already be pastors and leaders of ministries. Others may be gifted young men and women who have not yet entered into their life ministry.

What is the focus of Caleb Training?

We want to impart revelation that the Lord has given us through His word
and our personal experience in these areas:

C-onnecting Jewish and Gentile believers in Yeshua/ Jesus
A-wakening revival in Israel and the nations
L-eadership Training; teaching, mentoring and leading out
E-xcelling in character and passion for the Lord
B-eing and multiplying kingdom community

We will start our days with worship and prayer. We will have Biblical teachings each day on leadership, character, as well as pertinent prophetic teachings on understanding the times we are living in and how to “shine brightly in the midst of darkness.” We will also have times of personal and prophetic ministry. We will facilitate each student writing his/her own vision statement which stems from discovering identity, passions, gifts and calling. We will utilize relational informal learning models with times for processing and digging deeper. We will have “fireside” chats as well as teaching and prayer walks in nature and around Nashville.

In order to have a background for our time, we will encourage any participants to read Don Finto's books: Your People Shall be My People and God's Promise and the Future of Israel. The second book has a chapter on God's plan for the Arabs, as well as information about the return of Israel and its impact on world revival. There will be other
reference materials during our time together, some of which can be accessed through our Caleb library.

When is this Caleb Training to be held?

Our Summer Program will begin June 14th and end on July 28, 2010. Arrival day for those flying or driving in is Sunday June 13th. Departure day is July 29th. You will be housed in our homes for the three weeks in Nashville, after which we will have three weeks in Israel, followed by a final two days in Nashville.

Cost?

The cost of the Summer Program is $3000 tuition plus $1500 airfare roundtrip to Israel. This price includes room and board in Nashville and Israel.
